I'm not an approved poster, but if you just want guys' opinions, those things are horrible, and when they show them on the infommercial, I prefer the "before" picture in every case.

I always knew those as 'rats' as in making a rat's nest with the hair.
Almost always, yes.

I don't know why, ...but for some reason, I immediately thought 'Bumpits' were going to be little pads you place over your nipples to keep you from poking an eye out or something.  :-\

With this cold weather, ...you won't be looking for long. They would take your eyes out.  :P

I've heard they suck but I've never tried them. My hair is super thin though so I doubt they would work for me anyway.

Have you tried a weekly deep conditioning treatment?  My friend slaps a bunch on, wraps her head in saran wrap and puts a stocking cap on and cleans the house or whatever for an hour before rinsing.   Just make sure Magoo doesn't pop in on you ;D

I actually tried doing that with olive oil but I haven't had time to keep doing it. I've tried some hot oil treatments but somewhere or someone told me those are bad lol. And conditioners make my hair really oilly. It's ironic; I have dry frizzy hair but it gets oily very fast lol.
