Need new diet plan for 45 year old.

Been training since 18 ( 27 years ), but now feel need to eat less calories now that im 45. Any ideas about carb/protein/fat ratio. Im 6'2", 235 lbs, 12% bodyfat. Legs-26",Arms-19",Chest-50",Waist-35". I know I need to reduce my calories, but not sure by how much or what ratio of calories.
