if he can bench 5 plates a side  with no bench shirt and full range of motion reps, and do it for 5 reps.... well fuck, he could probably bench 600 raw and do 800 shirted. and thats right now training for bodybuilding. if dude started doing powerlifting he would probably be one of if not the strongest men on the planet.
