A freak accident is if something happens that usualy NEVER EVER HAPPENS or is AMAZINGLY unlikely to happen.Somebody dumb enough to take p90x and doing pull ups is just asking for trouble.Just my opinion.
A good friend of mine died of a brain hemorrhage this past weekend. He had recently purchased P90X to get into shape and had also purchased a chin-up bar. The chin-up bar was the kind that you screw into the door frame via brackets. He was training in his basement and for some reason one of the brackets holding the bar to the frame gave away and he hit his head on the concrete floor of his unfinished basement. His wife found him and he was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he died 2 days later.
