Phil is one of the most informed guys in the sport. He knows enough to have said when asked his opinion of Dave Palumbo " he's a genius." Dave is one of the great thinkers in this game.

shows u the 90's npc was like hitting the lottery all great builds ,could u imagine the pro lineups if just these guys competed at peak shape for yrs together,demayo/newman,hernon,titus,prince,francois,they all dropped out or got sick.thats on top of all the other guys flex,ray,yates,cormier,dillet,shows u that being able to withstand the rigors of contest prep,offseason prep,drug regimines and ability to maintain that for yrs is very difficult.
