I figured the top 2 were from 1992. I think the bottom one is from 95 b/c he looks bigger and is wearing posing trunks compared to this pic.

The top two were 1992 a few weeks out from the 1992 Olympia , not sure of these two because the famous black & whites Dorian had on black socks and not the NBA socks from 1980

  Taken 3 weeks out before the 1992 Olympia, at Gold's Gym, in California. Mike Mentzer was present there when these were taken. He was training Dorian at the time.

you need the other side of that page and they are pre-contest 92. in the blood and guts book there are dates on the pics. the first 2 shots are from his book.

no, he wasnt. mike never ''trained'' dorian, they did like 3 workouts together and mentzer gave dorian some advice, dorian listened to what mentzer had to say but he was always his own man. one of the advice mike gave to dorian was to lower training volume even further but dorian was already in the process of doing that (and he was never a high volume guy to begin with). mentzers writings and other HIT-ideas influenced dorian when he started out (back in 83) but he always adapted things to himself.

  Wrong. You are confusing these pics with the ones Horton took one year latter before the 93' Olympia. These pics first appeared on Mentzer's "Heavy Duty I" book, which was published in 1992.
