Trevor Smith wrote out a diet for me in 99 utilizing a similar method to get in a lot of good calories. It can taste very good if you are doing it in the off season. Put your chicken in a food processor and then add that to your rice mixed in cream of chicken soup (Campbells 98% fat free). Tastes very good and you can eat a lot in a very short amount of time.
cool. anythign that makes it easier to eat whatever you need to eat is a good thing. personally i could eat plain rice and chicken all day long, and even if i couldnt, i would probably rather just drink a carb/protein shake thn drink that blended chicken/rice soup
