I see this shit a lot but I think these are military dudes that do it. maybe it is some sort of marine workout that they try to replicate it with. Hard shit though. You try it and see.
looks difficult, but why do these complicated band and swiss ball workouts in a regular weight training gym? it just gets in the way of the regular trainers.
maybe 2% of people do this specialized alternative stuff, others do regular stuff, they get in the way, using equipment in ways other than it was designed for, with innovative exercises often taking up space and rendering 2 to 3 machines/pieces of equipment unusable by anyone else.
