I knew a Nigerian in college. All he did was 250 diamond push ups each night. He broke them up in sets of 50. Dude was ripped and pretty thick, not huge. He soon fell in with some weedheads and lost all of it. Grew a gut. Nigerians around my way, tend to be more into athletics and working out. Haven't seen any Vic Richards walking about.

I used to live across the street from JoJo's Mother Martha in Amherst, MA. She was director of education for the school board in town. Was her neighbor for 4 years. Really nice lady. Funny thing is, I never even knew she was JoJo's Mom until she was ready to move, lol! They're originally from Ghana. Jojo and his brother Korbie both compete. Spoke to JoJo on the phone once, but didn't meet him. Loads of potential, IMO, Flex Wheeler like shape. Don't know why he hasn't gotten farther.

All I said was that he had a small waist...and noticed the similarity in shape to  B. Buchanan, Flex, and Melvin...like them, he looks better at a lighter weight, and like them, find it hard at higher weights...for all I know, him being from Ghana, he thinks he's better than Am blacks, which a lot of Africans in Am think. Kinda like many Euros think that they are better than Americans.

I used to be heavily into it...and I still do light weights...but more into bodyweight movements like dips, and pull ups.
What does it matter?

Small waist is like saying "big arms", same deal,

That's not his stomach in the mirror in the first pic. If you look close you can see where the waist tapers. There's something else there in the background that people are mistaking for his bloated gut. He's not even on the right angle to show the gut, unless it was super huge. It's not photoshopped.
