Have you reached 4 plates yet? where are you at?

Nah I am shying away from heavy singles. Wont do my body or muscles any good. I am trianing for reps these days instead.

that's what I bench but I am on the sauce and I suck at benching

a friend of mine did 315 natural at about 185 lbs of bodyweight and 4-5 years of training

Did a few workouts then was totally disrupted by work coming up to Xmas so I just quit. God knows. Probaly did not add 1kg
