Minimum requirments for getbigger pic's

Im in the process of posting some up-dated pic.    But then i remembered that we have standards here. 

 So i went to the hardware store and am buying some sliding glass doors. 

  This is so that i can do a double shaded reflection pic when the sun is in just the right position to shadow my muscles in bold relief.

  Of course i may have to time it for high noon this summer, to make the most of the shadows......you know......standard stuff.    So im willing to wait for that perfect moment as i know you all are also.




What other standards do we expect in  regards to posting pics on getbig?

You have to be at least Olympia Top-5 material or else you will be rightfully ridiculed.

Make sure to pose directly under a basement light so that any sign of abs is shaded, and when your called out on it, make sure to say your batteries ran out on your camera and will update it in a few days......(That part never happens)
