Watching the games yesterday I realized how many instant black millionaires there were on the field.  Most of these athletes both black and white have little to no education but make more money that 99% of the population.

in the past if you asked any person to name a famous black person that 9 times out of 10 they'd name and athlete.  Today you might get a few Obamas thrown in but mostly it is athletes.  It seems that pro sports have opened doors to black people in society that used to be closed.  Today people put athletes on pedestals and treat them as celebrities.

Building schools and boys clubs and these kinds of things do help even if it's only a handfull of people that get the message.
