Mark McGwire admits taking steroids

Mark McGwire finally came clean Monday, admitting he used steroids when he broke baseball's home run record in 1998. McGwire said in a statement sent to The Associated Press on Monday that he used steroids on and off for nearly a decade.

"I wish I had never touched steroids," McGwire said in a statement. "It was foolish and it was a mistake. I truly apologize. Looking back, I wish I had never played during the steroid era."

An athlete using steroids?   Get the fuck out?!  People always look for an edge in life.  McGwire can thank steroids for healing his back and extending his career.  It also made him a ton of money.  He has nothing to apologize for.  An aging Hollywood actress gets lipo,face life etc. to extend her career. this news does come very close after the results of the last HOF class was voted on and Mark fell well behind ( i think he got somewhere between 40-25 percent of the votes)

McGwire had to admit that he took steriods, due to congress making most of all prohoromones classfied as steriods lol. In another 50 year God knows what else congress will declare a steriod, probably making red meats illegal because of the amount of muscle they build.
