One guy doing a close grip bench
another doing bentover rows
and still a third doing upright rows

all at the same time...

Just think...had "caseyViator" been doing this style of training with his two partners, he never would have had that run in at the gym!

Now, If he could just squeeze in some calf work at the same time...!

(Btw: if the plates were real it could have been even beneficial for his pecs (slow muscle tissues). Every new stimlus is useful. But that wont compensate him for the retardness of the whole thing. So: not recomended... )

HAHAHAHHAHAHA..........I was there that day. this was at the Arnold Classic Expo a couple yrs ago. I saw many Twinkies in line waiting for their turn to bench 585lbs........there were a couple bystanders who were laughing at others who thought the weights were real. then I said what the hell, let me try to lift 585lbs too.....I completed 20reps with 585lbs....hahahahhahahah a..........well, I was proud to find out that I had 20reps in me with 245lbs (not 585lbs, losers).......hahahahahhahahaha ha
