well when i went to college for a bit i remember this big fat guy running on the tread then he screamed aggggggggggggggg and grabbed his chest and fell down on the tread and got shot off the back!

I was drinking a Monster Energy drink and i was on no sleep...BAMB...seizure and it threw me off, Face was bleeding and went to the E.R. Funny to me but my friends were all freaked out....Got a free Lifetime membership out of the incident.

my crazy ass Brazilian ex-girlfriend was running on a treadmill while screaming at me...when all of a sudden she turns sideways..and stops!!!!....the treadmill slammed her to the ground and shot her off of it...i told her it was a sign from god to shut the fuck up....she then tried to kill me

i saw a older guy have a heart attack and die while doing DB curls once....

Saw a girl misplace her foot , she was running and somehow got to close to the side and placed her foot on the siderest and treadmill belt and a brutalface plant followed and spat off the back of the tread mill.

She was pretty so I helped her up and took her over to a bench and sat her down and sat with her a couple mins as she was in shock.
If she was fat and ugly I wouldnt of helped.

I've seen this situation twice at two different gyms, but both involving females. Woman jogging at moderate pace...drops i-pod on belt...attempts to catch it during free fall...looses footing while trying to maintain previous rate of speed....face plant into spinning treadmill belt...(1st woman into wall less than 4ft behind her)(2nd woman toppled 5+ft across cardio room floor)

. I stopped jogging to help woman#1 but she recovered very quickly & ducked into a nearby locker room. Woman#2's male friend comforted her.

Yup. Just saw basically the same thing happen a few months ago, lady dropped a book while standing on the outside of treadmill, went to go grab for it, stepped on the treadmill that was at a somewhat fast pace, fell forward onto the treadmill and it just shot her off of it. I was right behind her on an ellipitical, i had a big smile on my face, holding back from bursting out.

it was janurary and all the new people were there. so a new lady walks in. new velor suit make up, perfume you could smell in the weights area. she sets herself up on the treadmill near the weight area so i guess we could look at her to make her feel better. so she begins her run. less than a minute later you could hear the motor on the treadmill revving up and next thing you know she takes a face plant right on the treadmill and she is only stopped by the wall behind her. she neatly gathers her things walks out calmly and we never see her again.
we were all in shock when it happened no one said a thing or did a thing till she walked out and then we all laughed. there was about 10 of us!

Treadmill was on beside me full speed a chick stepped on it - I think she did not apprechiate that I didn't step of my own treadmill to help her, but in my defense I looked at her and asked her if she is allright and she looked alright.

Seen a chick running hard on a treadmill, and her hand snagged the cord tied to the magnetic emergency stop device. Treadmill stopped dead, and she did a floppy chicken onto the control panel. It was funny as hell, and she was pretty shaken up. It was around 5am, and we were the only 2 in the place. The gym is pretty small with wall to wall mirrors, so it was pretty hard to miss, but I pretended I didn't see it 'cause I didn't want to put her through the embarrassment

it cant be considered a real accident but once while running at a high speed on my treadmill at home my cat who was following me for a while suddenly jumped on the track and kept running fast automatically to save herself!!.. I did my best not to trample her and pressed the stop button quickly!.. thank GOD it passed safely
