I don't understand how he can have normal looking arms when most of the rest of his body is so developed. It's like he worked around his arms somehow.  Is it just genetics?  Or a new form of advanced Palumboism?

So he's holding up the awards he got for Best Small Arms? He might be bigger than Heath, but damn sure ain't better. There are probably dudes who never competed on Getbig who have getter arms than Dan Hill.

i'm 6'3 and was smart enough to know it was futile to try to compete in bodybuilding no matter how big tall guys can look in gym clothes... 260lbs was my biggest weight many years ago.
