For those who didnt beleive - my 18" arms video

Especialy Groink. Here you go.

Many tall fat guys (Dont get me wrong Groink, I think you have good built physique) challenged me to maintain their ego saying "Hey at least i can win against this tiny china man". But, sorry. This time also that TINY CHINA MAN(Even worse with super low carb from yesterday and flat as a pancake) owned you fat guys.
Now take it.

P.S. Its ok to suspect me in a well-educated manner like Simplyhuge. BUT NOBODY CALL ME A LIER like calling me a RETARD or FULL OF SHIT.
