You watch through the vid and Stan talks about how he has been a powerlifting champ for years (which he has) and how he has been training for 20 or more years, and how he has a degree in exercise science, and how Kieth went from a twink sprinter, to a pro athlete and now to a 300lb monster...
All because of a conversation they had with Flex at the Firehouse restaurant. Stan says all the bullshit vids we've seen of Flex's subpar training are B.S. They thought Flex was going to let them in on the big "secret" to getting huge and winning a competition.
Now, we all know Flex doesnt' have any "secret" training methods.. at least no more than Charles Glass or Hiney Rambo or Chad (I failed this year) Nicholls.
WTF does this lead you to believe? I know what it leads ME to believe. What one factor could have made all the difference in the world? Diet? Training Methods? Or.... uhhhhhhhhhhhh... you know.
