mcgwire is right steroids don't give you the eye hand coordination you need to hit the ball, you still have to have the god given ability and hard work to do this. funny, how no one mentions in all of the sport nitwit commentators on radio and tv that mcgwire also worked HIS ASS OFF in the weight room and eating right for all of these years, dumb asses, you can take a bucket load of juice and if you don't do the work it will do nothing for you! it's like some dumb ass taking a fat burner and then sitting on their asses eating junk food and wonder "gee, i wonder why i'm still a lard ass!"
and these so called professed sports experts also keep forgetting to mentioned that mcgwire also hit 49 home runs in his rookie year! so he always had the ability and power to hit homeruns!

read in usa today, about the parents of that high school baseball pitcher who committed suicide who sat behind mcgwire when he testified and how disappointed they were when mark said nothing during his testimony and how he should be ashamed that he wasn't truthful! now, since then mcgwire told them the reason was because on advice from his lawyers and not being granted immunity from prosecution. the parents i read seem to understand mark's stance now. the thing is : i hate to tell you parents but your son was obviously nuts in the head in the first place ever before he took juice! juice doesn't make you want to kill yourself by itself!
it's like those parents who say " oh my child killed themselves because of the lyrics in that song!' uh, newsflash your kid was already messed up due to social factors and probably bad parenting!
