I don't think he will be inpeached, but at the same time this healthcare bullshit is un-constitutional as hell. It's funny all these elected officails swear an oath up protect and uphold the constitution. When are we the people going to make them honor that oath? We have done this to ourselves by allowing the dems and repubs to dictate who is put on the ballet. We have to elect an independant or third party candidate to start the ball rolling, we have to let the dems and repubs know that they no longer have a monopoly on the government.

Easier said then done.  The two parties have a stranglehold on the system.  Money, infrastructure...3rd parties have a hell of a time.  We need some significant election reform before a viable 3rd party candidate can succeed, IMO.  That, or maybe the media will someday latch onto a 3rd party candidate and help push them up.
