My question is..how much should i charge? these people aren't rich...mid-level professionals, so i don't want to price myself out of some easy cash. So what's a mid-range price per session?

Also...if i start boning them should i lower my price?

my boss has been in the business for 20 years and is big and handsome (no homo- i'm just telling the truth) and he makes 60 a hour.


if you can lie to them and tell you that you have been a trainer for 20 years then you should ask , at least, for 60.  Remember,  that is 60 bucks a hour in upstate NY.  

the lowest you should go is 40 bucks a hour
don't waste your time for anything less

If you give happy endings then you can charge $30. 

The best thing to do is sell a package.  Five 1 hour PT sessions for $125.  Get the money up front and stipulate that if a person cancels in less than 24 hours they forfeit one session.  People are flaky and just charging them each time means you'll be running around trying to chase them down for money.
if someone tells you that they can't pay now but will next month then tell them to come back in a month.

Then offer add-ons such as nutrition planning, massage therapy whatever.... and make bank this way.

but always get money first.  It is odd when you train a chick, fuck her then ask her for the $25 she owes you.  Some bitches assume that the fuck would cover that cost.  NO!  So money first.  ALWAYS MONEY FIRST.

Dude, if you are doing it under the table just cash, than I agree with JNN. I trained people for years. For under the table cash I would never go under $40. If you train someone for the $15-$35 range you may seem cheap and they will lose interest after a week no matter if they are seeing results or not. When they have more invested and they are seeing results they will stick around longer. I know this from experience, I have trained people from Orlando to Biloxi, MS.
