Wrong. It's a special method to make sure the cocaine doesnt get out of the ball. If that happens, the guy dies.

When I was a prospect for the Hells Angels I had to make a lot of cocaine balls like that. Mostly Suriname guys swallowed that shit, then when they arrived in Holland they had to shit it out. A lot of European coke comes out of the ass.
