New piece of equipment for my gym!

All 850lbs of it 8)





The one in back of it is the other 600lb tire that arrived today as well ;D

In my gym some bright sparks got together and had idea to give people 2mins 30s and see how many tyre flips can be done in that time. takes up 1/2 the gym space and makes a racket.

I hate gimicky shit like that in a purely free weights gym.

BTW Coach not specifically talking about you as I know your gym is for people who wish to train in a number of ways.

We have a couple of those huge tyres at the back of our gym in the parking lot. I couldn't get past them a couple of times when I had to deliver equipment. Then I found out a couple of the big lads were using them for strongman events. We used them for a gym contest and several of the gals could turn them over. I was very impressed. When you see how big those tyres are you don't think you can move them. No way I would bring these tyres inside my gym!

I just had some 40"tall by 17"wide tires delivered for my truck.    I can throw em like frisbees!!
