But it still doesn't matter because I did not make the Top 5 and I did not expect to win the show as I never competed in the NGA and I had never competed in an open division of a show. It was a difficult show (more competitive than your Mr Canada) and I matched up pretty well even though I was outweighed by more larger competitors

Now to go to the winners circle, I simply need to keep training and that's about it. I'm 32 so I'm in rush whatsoever to win the the World Championships. If you're still around, Basile you can tune in on June 11 when I compete again at the same event.

Melvin, did you buy the DVD from your last show? If you did maybe you could post some decent photos here for the lads of you competing.

So, what is your strategy for the next show? Are you bulking up and training heavy or are you going to do an Arvilla and lose even more size to get cut up?

But you'r eon other shit. Not natural. you should have results to back up your use. This is the only picture I've ever taken, it's three years old after 15 months training and my first 12 week diet which I overdid (lost 24 pounds). I don't think I'm hot at all, I'm flat as a pancake but still look better than you ever will with your awful structure and limbs. I don't intend to compete because I can't get in shape the way I'd want to (kids and work and all). I don't live in a fantasy world like you do.

There are plenty of bodybuilders with jobs and kids.....

If you really wanted to compete you would do it but its because you are too big of a chicken to get onstage.

If you're too big of a coward to compete then I'd suggest you not talk about others who do compete.

I was never big by any means but at my highest weight, I was asked by guys who did compete if I wanted to also. It's funny how thick headed Goodrum is. It is almost "retard-like". No matter how many people tell him he looks like shit he stills thinks he looks great. He actually brags about it. There is something seriously mentally wrong with Goodrum. I just hope he doesn't snap at a show and goes postal. He truly does not belong anywhere near someone who has less experience as he does seeking help in fitness. I wonder what drives an certifiable mental case like this idiot. I seriously think he is on some kind of hallucinogenic that impairs his eyesight and he sees something that isn't there. There can only be a few reasons why he thinks he looks good.

1. somebody fucked with him and put a circus mirror in his room that makes him look better than he really is
2. drugs (legal or not) that makes him see things differently
3. just plain stupid
4. he really is retarded
5. Queer Vissy shoots a load on his face every morning and some gets in his eyes and blurs his contacts (I'm waiting for him to answer this one and say "I don't wear contacts"
6. his "gaydar" affects his depth perception and he sees things differently
7. Queer Vissy hung a photo of Lee Haney next to the mirror and he looks at that thinking it is his reflection

No matter what it is, Goodrum is by far the most delusional on every health and fitness board in the world and easily top-ten in most delusional on the internet

Delusion Vince doesn't get that I'm not even trying to own him. By this time, I was training for 15 months, six of them where I had no idea what I was doing, then I started training seriously (as I could) and that was at the end of my first diet which I fucked up (going from 83kg to 71kg in twelve weeks and losing way too much size). You must have missed the inter-racial memo I posted here a long time ago. In short it states that Goodrum is NOT considered black and if he would please refrain from posing as a black person. He has no traits or assets that qualify him as being black. He was officially kick out of the black race months ago.
