Well, a woman, who hasn't trained in a year, who can press 185x3 would be not only unusual but a oner. My years on the gym team showed me that female gymnasts, no strength slouches, just have no upper body strength. You want to post up the video? Fine. If she can lift 135, I will be the first to throw praise her way. 185 is whole different ball of wax, tho.

I don't follow the female side closely, but would be great to see some examples. Maybe youtube videos.

i have seen a woman weighing roughly 145-155 bench 185 for a double, touch and go.
she told me she was natural but i only knew her from the gym.

I met my wife when I was in my early 20's.  I was in the club wearing a tight tee shirt,  feeling good at a fairly ripped 190lbs.  She walked in with her girlfriends.  She picked me up and placed me on the bar and said to her friends,  "Get a load of the muscles on this one."  I'm still afraid of her.
