About these two pics, obviously,i dont consider myself as being in top shape in 2008 and 2009.
Because, i started my diet from fat state in 2008 and 2009.
So, since i have been lean all the time from last summer, this time there is no excuse.
And I have huge confidence to be on stage with good condition.

I hope everything goes well this time. I really pray for it.
