Guys like him and Albert beckles are my inspiration....they looked great well into middle age and beyond, that's what i am trying to do.

Heard he was more of a "pumper" and used light weights. Whatever he did, worked. Sometimes one doesn't need to lift huge poundages. And let's remember he didn't come in over the 230's.
