Adonis has incredible left brain intelligence but is haunted by lack of emotional intelligence and other basic virtues. His ego hijacks his actions more often than the guiding intuition of the heart.

I would like another 225 for reps deadlift contest.  When this contest was held two years ago, I got around 24 hours.  Now I can  get 315 for just about that many [probably closer to 20].  I think another contest would be a great idea.
