I was in the newly 'renovated' LAX on Friday night. Talk about polishing a turd...
Anyway - there's a video being played all over the airport. Talking about the shallowness "In LA, even airports get facelifts" which is a tad disturbing but the worst is the by-line at the end of the video...
"and best of all - it's paid for by taxpayer dollars".
Now - could someone explain to me what on earth could be good about an airport renovation being paid for by tax payers as opposed to the people using the place ?
