Anyone else notice the bruise on The Situation's right bicep?

Normal steroid injections can cause bruising if you hit a vein or blood vessel.  It's quite common.  Injecting into the bicep is pretty common as well, not for site enhancement reasons but some people just like injecting there.

I doubt they're using SEOs, especially hard to find items like nolotil. Definitely injecting juice in their arms though. I immediately noticed his awkward shape. Definitely putting back a nice amount of oil, but not SEOs.

That would totally explain why it was all filmed 6 months ago and it's only being shown on air now.
