Do you do a loading day?
« on: January 18, 2010, 12:11:56 AM »
When dieting do you do a weekly loading day where you up your calories and do sort of a "re-feed"?  Are there advantages to this or should one just diet straight through?

Various dieting protocols employ this strategy.

Which type of plan are you following/considering?

It can be beneficial psychology wise, for body composition irrelevant as long as total calories remain the same.
So whatever is more convenient.

I think reloading is a must if u r doin low carb.  It's the only way you can lean out without losing too much size.
