Where I was inside there was shit food. Too little. For breakfast porridge or something, then 2 meals. You where hungry most of the day.

I was framed, there was an informant in our operation. That Valenzuela guy never showed up, instead there were feds all over the fucking place. Worst year of my life.

I am trying to settle to a life outside prison. It ain't a cakewalk, people treat me like I'm some kind of freak, they don't have a clue what I've been through. There are times I'm about to snap, but I don't want to go back. You guys can't even imagine how it is there.
