Slacker, I too have been here for years but lurked for a long time. I also actually work out and have gained plenty of muscle doing so, but don't feel the need to boast about my "impressive physique" on the internet since I have other things going for me in life, like an education and proper grammar. I've also never used steroids; how about you? If that really is you in that photo (it's not) and you need steroids to look like that, that's just pathetic frankly. You're completely full of shit. I am 29 years old and I am considering doing a cycle or 2 this is only for myself not competing. I am 6.2 242 lbs close to 25%bf currently. I will be bumping up my cardio after Christmas but right now I'm building mass. What would you recommend for me.
