Did some heavy front squats yesterday (heavy for me)
and loaned davids knee, well not knee Wraps, but something in that manner, my left knee usually always starts hurting, but it didnt, so I was able to do, front squats, legpresses and hack squats without it hurting ... I THOUGHT.
Then I took them of and holy shit my knee is FUCKED today lol.
I couldn't even do leg extensions without any weight on yesterday after I took them of lol.
