every 5 or 6 for me personally. it's optimal.

more i think about it..5-6 days sounds good..and itsa compromise between twice per week and once per week...havent been able to mentally relax last couple of days as i tried to come up with a good routine

....but if i compromise it cant be too bad..maybe best of both worlds and puts my mind to ease lol.
question is how to split it up...
