My list was simple. Big city, sub-tropical, surf beaches, good climate, mountains and nice scenery and non-religious. In the US that would be Honolulu, LA, San Diego, Miami, and maybe a couple of other cities in Florida. Texas, Arizona and New Mexico don't have the beaches but might be next on the list. Sydney, Australia has everything you could want. 4.5 million people, beaches galore, no snow and great women.
A question to Keith. Did you see Ledward Kapana play slack key in Hawaii? I would love to see those musicians. Hawaii is probably, all round, the best place on earth to live if you don't want to have cold seasons.
