That's Demi-hulk.

In the old Incredible Hulk series staring Bill Bixby and Lou, when Bixby transformed into the Hulk, Ric was the inbetween transformation.

ric was the demi hulk also wrestled and designed both the gold's gym and world's gym shirt.
