And people say that division has talent? That's a fucking embarrassment!

The current UFC HW division is far and away the most pathetic HW division at any point in MMA history.

Lesnar/Mir 298347923 looks promising!  ::)

You must be frustrated that the Werdum/Fedor fight was signed.
It's ok though...Strikeforce has the financial means and reputation to put on better fights in the future.
Be assured, Fedor would never step foot near any of the UFC's HW's and 'tarnish' his record. ;D

You might be the only man on the planet who actually wants to see Lesnar fight Mir again. No true MMA fan does.  :D

I don't. I think Mir got a lucky break in the first fight with the ref stopping/standing them up. The second fight he was beaten all over the place, I would expect the same for the third fight.

You think Werdum/Fedor will be anything special?

Hahaha, I thought the division was loaded with talent. It's loaded with so much talent a guy who just lost the title fight is already on track to be fighting for it AGAIN. Loaded with superstars indeed!  ::)

  UFC heavyweights are big guys with basic knowledge of the ground game who rely exclusively on their size to dominate their opponents. These guys would get decimated in PRIDE. I can see a light-heavyweight from PRIDE, like Wanderlei Silva in his prime, crushing Carwin, Cain and Mir with ease. Only Brock could have a legitimate shot at being a champion in the days of PRIDE. Carwin, Cain and Mir would get owned easily like Liddel was by Rampage.

Don't blame the fighters, blame the system. It’s not like the NFL, NBA, ect... where your champ one year then the next year everyone is 0-0.

He got beat, beat his next mach-up convincingly, now he’s back in contention. Boxing or any single-man match-up is the same way (wrestling (real) ADCC, ect.

I don't like the system but it's what is in place until it is changed.

Also remember its 1-1; though Mir got his ass handed to him last match-up, it's time to settle the score for both.

If Cock hands him his ass again we won't hear of Mir contending for the title for a long time, as long as Cock is in the game.

MindSpin thinks that Frank Mir is the greatest athlete in the history or organized fighting.

Weight thinks that Bitch Tits Lesnar is the greatest heavyweight of all time.

I think both fighters are the product of UFC hype, bullshit smack talking and sissy fan boys trying to throw rocks at Fedors throne.

I have never said Brock is the best HW of all time...I don't even really like him.

All I preach on here is that Fedor's #1 HW status is a joke. He is CURRENTLY fighting sub-par talent in mediocre organizations.

Fedor is a legend, and possibly the best of all time....he just isn't currently fighting the best.

You are so blinded by your UFC hate, that you have lost all ability to reason.  If it happen, Lesnar/Mir III will probably be the most watched fight in 2010.  They've each won one and Mir will have to have gotten through two tough fights to get the rematch.  One down, one to go.  Nothing wrong with that.  Oh, and he is ranked in the top 5 by the MMA Consensus Ranking.  Werdum, on the other hand, is a UFC reject and is not even in the top ten.

Damn, it must suck to be you :-\

Fedor will do the same thing to Werdum , that Dos Santos did.

A better fight would be Dos Santos vs Fedor, but Fedor choose the Amateur ranks (S.F.) to fight in, for his next 3 fights.

whatever organization you like or dislike, any MMA fan would love to see Fedor fight Brock Lesnar.  I know I would.  Opinions don't matter as to who would win, it would be the biggest fight in MMA history for sure.

Can't wait for Lesnar/Mir 28!  ::)

The UFC HW division is a complete embarrassment. Mir loses a fight and goes right back to the top of the list for another title shot. So much for all those worthy competitors. :-\

Mir get's a direct shot at Lesnar? When is this fight happening?

I thought he was fighting Carwin next. This is an interim title fight. Then possible winner of Nog/Vazquez?

How is that a direct shot at Brock's title?

Heavyweights as a whole (all orgs included) are a relatively weak division when you compare them to the depth and breadth in other weight classes.  That said, the UFC has 6 of the top 10.  In other words, you're a poopie head :D

If "Murr" loses to Lesnar, he will drop to the bottom and have to climb all the way up again.  There would be no reason for a MIr/Lesanr 4....
