Just talked to Berry Demey

on facebook, kinda cool to talk to someone from the past you read about in magazines.  Talked about his photography, some pretty spectacular stuff.

and it is cool when they write you back

kinda like when Rodney St. cloud wrote me back about proper technique for "Tying off"

Probably one of the best bodybuilders there ever was.  One of the few normal bodybuilders from an era long gone...

Appie Steenbeck,won the 83 Worlds at lightweight.I met him in 84 when he guest posed in England and i couldn`t believe the size he carried for someone weighing 154lbs.
