ordinarly i would have vids and pics but lately i have instituted a coaches only approach to my competitions....no friends family pics or videos.....all that stuff is just extra pressure, and i can honostly say that I was much more focused without the distractions that usually accompany such events.

Nice work. My last few comps I haven't worried about videos etc. I've never had family, friends or girlfriend at any of my meets. I know it would bore the shite out of them anyways! lol
