WASHINGTON — The Obama administration has decided to continue to imprison without trials nearly 50 detainees at the Guantánamo Bay military prison in Cuba because a high-level task force has concluded that they are too difficult to prosecute but too dangerous to release, an administration official said on Thursday.

I can still remember arguing indefinite detention may be our only viable option only to have him ranting about how Obama was doing what Bush couldn't or wouldn't.

How great it was, how smart it was, how justified it was, blah fucking blah...

I know 240 means well, but I think he is way too caught up in the spin of things than the truth and merits of a particular action/plan.

I remember arguing with him over the stimulus bill.  Look how that worked out?  He said give it 18 months.  We are 12 months in and look - UE has skyorocketed ever since.  I told him what was going to happen almost to the letter, and he gave his spin job, etc.

Someonetimes I dont know if he believes what he posts or is just trying to be difficult.

IDK, but he's got an MBA so he's not dumb.  (Presumably).  He can fashion his own arguments and make a case.  I just think the waffling is funny as hell.
