I'm not saying Roelly is blocky, he was in crisp conditioning during the AC. When it comes to proportions his delts overpower his back & chest and his tri's overpower his biceps.

And yes, Ronny is blocky.

His clavicles aren't wide, but the same goes for Roelly and guys like Phil and Dexter. IMO blocky means a wide waist and no ab control.

I think if you saw the two in shape, you'd be surprised. Branch, got a serious gift. He flows like Paco, the only real then he has are legs and chest. Roelly has feak written all over him, yet is still aesthetic  when in shape. Branch looked WAAAAY better when he first came on the scene.

Phil is like Flex, he probalby will not win the O, usually the one's who you think will, generally don't.

No way, he made great improvements with more detail in the back, a tight waistline, better arms & crisp conditioning. Compare him with a year before and you can notice his improvements with ease.

I agree that Roelly looks awesome, for example during his AC win, but again, I doubt he can fix his large disproportions. Also, looking at his vids he seems to lack the hard worker mentality Branch has.

BTW, there is a vid of Roelly training tris, he literally smokes them. Also there is another one of him doing "around the worlds" and one of him doing the the incline dumbell flyes the old skool way (bringing them up from the waist, with arms outstretched) that movement is a killer.

Absolutely, the first person which comes in my mind is Ronnie during his first 'O win in '98 and I consider both Branch & Cutler as exceptions during the '09 'O.

I consider both Roelly as Zack as two current pro's with the best developed triceps, but I think it would be wise if Roelly give them, together with his delts less priority.
