The comedian, 44, who was in town for weekend performances at the Funny Bone Comedy Club and Restaurant in Huntington, was arraigned Saturday in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
According to the Associated Press, court documents show that the comedian is accused of grabbing a bouncer's crotch earlier in the morning at the Rum Runners bar in Huntington, Va.
Bail was set at $60,000, and Dick's preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 2.
