Pretty much yes. His arms aren't really that small as people would like to pretend. Watching him towards the end as he makes a speech at the podium. His arms look pretty fucking big there. Then again, that's the illusion of Yates. You will never know what he looked like unless you saw him live. The trolls don't get that.
If that's '97, it makes sense though. Even Dorian fans have to admit his arms faded toward the end. The tricep injury was too much. The midsection was not good either, he kept it in check in '96 though but '97 he was really having a hard time. But he still had his strengths and they were enough to mak ehim outstanding.
