yes pellius..did the Hartford Marathon (first time ever running in big distance). I run 7-8 miles every am at 530 6 days a week. I do the stairmaster 70-90 minutes at night full speed which ranges 15-19 miles 6 days a week.
Do I have a perfect body nope, still got a few cottage cheese on some parts..Do I like being 120 pounds yes. I have a tad of excess skin on my lower ab (only surgery will get rid of it
But I accomplished what most people cant do without surgery
