I think alot of pros use accutane, they all have gyno surgery, some have hair plugs (Palumbo,Derek Anthony, Bob Chick).
I seriously doubt the accutane claim. They may have at one point, but I doubt any use it on a regular basis due to it being incredibly harsh and a simple pain to live with. I've found that acne was only a real problem during the first few years of AAS, and usually only during PCT. When your body becomes used to elevated hormones, your skin seems to clear up (not completely, but for the most part.) Add tanning and protan and the only way you would notice the acne is to look for minor bumps on the skin, something not visible from more than a few feet away.
Hair loss can be prevented with finasteride, and there are plenty of people not prone to it.
Gyno is also an issue that is user sensitive, some people never get it. Some people avoid it by using anti-e's. Some fools just roll with it until surgery is their only choice.
