- 95% of Americans' taxes would not increase "one dime".

- No lobbyists on Capitol Hill.

- No earmarks on Capitol Hill.

- Open, honest, transparent government.

- Reaching across the isle.

- Afghanistan was a war of necessity, a war we have to win.

- Sense of shared sacrifice/everyone paying their fair share
