this is the "hurt business", anything physical, training weights, athletics, etc.
brains are important as well, in anything... even for people that sauce,,, you can get injured more frequent/easier because the muscle grows quicker than tendons etc.,
if your natty or clean and you can bench a 200lb. max then after using for a month you can now bench 400lb max (example) just because you can doesn't mean you should.
know when to train smart not hard.
