Author Topic: Anyone had a shipment seized??? (Read 3533 times)

I had a package shipped to me 12/21/2009 from Romania with registered airmail. Although the tracking number says it was inbound to New York and the guy at the Post Office said it never made it out of Switzerland. The company I bought my gear from will re-send seizures as long as I have a seizure letter and original envelope it came in. But the Post Office told me they don't always send those especially if it was seized outside of the US. Anyone got any advice or an opinion on what happened and if you think I'll ever get it? Thanks.

Your shit was seized. Drop it and cut your losses. If you go snooping around they'll know you're importing illegal shit for sure. Nothing will come of it but if you keep pressing the matter...

And yes, reship to a different addy and make sure your source knows how to package goods properly. Could have been a fluke but more often than not the person sending the shit is just a dumbass.

if he sent it registered mail, then you would have a tracking number to look up, check what the status of it is.

I got a Customs letter 4 months late, and another one at a different addy 6 months late because some retard source was smoking crack. Don't immediately accuse your source as a scammer. They may just developmentally challenges hahaha

for people with scripts, you should be covered by the general law reguarding shipping that the vendor/shipper are responsible to get it to you, and until they hand it too you, they still owe you the package/parcel

without a script, you are subject to shipping thieves, customs agents and even mail carriers, illegaly stealing your package

you have no legal recourse to recover from the government, shipping companies, or the vendor although the seller will usually have repoir with the customer to replace the contained items of the lost/stolen package
Trust your source bro.

I have had packs come 14-30 days later than expected, never not had one come, probably 15+ over the last 10 years. Had 1 or 2 come late and 1 get nipped by a family member and all 3 times I got a reship in 10 or so days after informing the seller that the packages were very late. 100% success, 0 seizures.

These letters can take a while. Especially if they've been tracking the source and trying to build a case. If some weird delivery guy shows up out of the blue don't accept the package. It could be a sting.

Some times letters just simply aren't sent. Just because you don't get a letter does not mean you got scammed by any means.

I just received my seizure letter in the mail and my source is going to re-ship the package after I mail in the letter and original envelope. I was told it takes about two months from the seizure to get the letter and I got mine about 2 weeks early. I've probably ordered from this source 10 times over the last 3 years and this was the first time this has happened so I was probably due. Anyway just wanted to pass the news along guys. Thanks.

Seizures suck, but at least you know what happened. Good your source is reshipping also.

I had one seized as well about the same time. Took about 2 months to get the letter. Scanned the envelope and letter and sent it to the source. I'm having the new pack sent to a different address but with the same name(mine)? I know they flag your address but do they flag names? I was told to just change the address but this worries me.

i doubt it, people have the same names, a lot of ppl in US, even in address book tons of people have the same last names.

That's what happened to me. They did a controlled delivery and popped me.

D-bol. I ordered 1000 tabs. It came in 3 packages and they grabbed one of them and did a controlled delivery.

Seems like its luck of the draw to me. I was in AZ at the time, customs in CA grabbed the package and called AZ in to do the controlled delivery. DEA, local police and a federal task force all did the raid. And all for $100 worth of d-bol.
