1) I saw a guy being ripped in half in front of me.
I could not eat meat for weeks after that.

2) The ANC used to necklace people in South Africa (Burn them to death with a petrol filled tyre around their necks) the smell and sight of that also used to effect me.

when i was 22 we were leaving a club and a guy had a mustang convertable down right in front of us at a red light.. it was 2:30 am.. we were heading home and some one ran up on him with a gun and blew his brains out execution style.. was nasty... we just turned our blinker on  and went around his car/deadbody.. hehe we were tired
